ALINA IGLESIAS - PRESIDENT
Alina Iglesias founded Century Farms International in 2001. Alina directly oversees all daily activities, manages grower relationships, administrates the development and success of all produce programs, and is responsible for all capital ventures.
Alina has been in the produce industry for over 20 years. Her experience has granted her a unique competitive advantage over shippers and importers nationwide. Alina incorporates her deep understanding of the industry to strategically target key markets and introduce new products to capture larger market shares.
Alina's steadfast commitment to the success of the company has been the driving force behind Century Farms. Her strong sense of business ethics and morals has been the secret to Century's long-lasting customer and grower relationships.
THOMAS IGLESIAS - VICE PRESIDENT/FOOD SAFETY DIRECTOR
Vice President/Director of Food Safety
Tom Iglesias Sr. helped found Century Farms. His responsibilities include overseeing the daily operation of the organization/facility, Management and Administration of Century's Food Safety and Food Modernization policies, and all aspects pertaining to the direction of the company.
Century is proud to have Tom's expertise in Engineering and corporate management helping to guide the company. Century has benefited from his life-long experience by having him build our state-of-the-art facility from the ground up. His forward thinking and strict adherence to the new Food Modernization Act and Food Safety Practices have been incorporated throughout the warehouse facility.
Moreover, Tom Sr. drafted Century's Food Safety and Hazard Analysis protocols and has administered the implementation of those policies resulting in Century's above excellent Audit results and above average ratings with the various 3rd party inspection organizations.
HAYDEE IGLESIAS - DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Director of Finance
Haydee Iglesias has been with Century Farms since it's inception and helped create the corporation we know today. From the very beginning, Haydee has used her deep understanding of financial principles to structure Century's Accounts Payable/Receivable department and personally created Century's Record Management System.
Haydee's responsibilities include directing and administrating the Finance Department, along with overseeing all office operations. Her involvement in the company's development has been vital to Century's success.
Haydee also manages the Human Resource department and is responsible for all matters pertaining to the company's personnel.
ABEL FIALLO - PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Abel Fiallo is Century Farms Procurement Manager and is directly responsible for the cultivation of new grower relationships and overseeing existing account management.
Abel's responsibilities include initiating and developing new produce programs, coordination between sales, accounting, and growers, and conducting domestic market analysis to determine new market opportunities.
Abel has been instrumental in expanding our international presence by expanding our grower partnerships throughout Central and South America. Century has exponentially increased it's foreign imports thanks to Abel's tireless efforts.
Abel's duties require him travel abroad to strengthen and solidify existing accounts while generating new produce programs to deploy throughout the U.S.
MARITZA HIDALGO - SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATE
Senior Sales Associate
Maritrza Hidalgo has been with the company since it's inception. Maritza plays a vital role in Century's daily operation. Her responsibilities include sales, coordination between customers and accounting, logistics, and inventory management.
Maritza's sales background has been indispensible in acquiring new accounts as well as strengthening our customer base by promoting our widening range of products.
Her knowledge of trending market demand has been instrumental in developing Century's value added programs and specialty item lines.
Maritza's involvement in all aspects of daily operations has been crucial to Century's success and has helped form the solid foundation on which the company is built.
TOM IGLESIAS - DIRECTOR OF SALES/QUALITY ASSURANCE DIRECTOR
Sales Director/Food Safety Manager
Tom Iglesias Jr. has been with the company from it's inception and helped found the corporation. Tom Jr.'s career experience in nationwide sales management has been utilized by directly overseeing and administrating Century's sales efforts. Tom is also responsible for all aspects of marketing, advertising, implementation of successful sales campaigns, and customer relations management.
Tom Jr. directs and administrates Century's Information Technologies department, created and maintains the organization's website, and helped to create Century's Inventory Management System.
Tom Jr. is also responsible for overseeing Century's Food Safety and Food Modernization policies. Tom's continuing involvement in Food Safety education and training programs provide him with a unique insight into the cutting-edge food safety practices evolving in today's fast-changing produce market.
RUDDY HERNANDEZ - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE MANAGER
Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager
Ruddy Hernandez is Century's Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager. Ruddy is essential to Century's daily workflow and helps direct the company's liaison between customers, vendors, growers and senior management.
Ruddy's extensive background in finance, accounts payable/receivables and bookkeeping has been instrumental in developing Century's financial department. Her strengths in organizational planning and follow through make her the ideal leader in office management and collections.
Ruddy's analytical foresight is used to actively assess existing account performance as well as evaluate on-going produce campaign efforts.
RAFAEL ALVAREZ - WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Rafael Alvarez is Century Farms Senior Warehouse Manager. Rafael is responsible for all operations of the facility, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supervision of all repacking/re-grading/and value-added packaging projects.
Rafael's experience in warehouse operations has helped create Century's Inventory Management and Quality Control policies and procedures. His attention to detail makes him the ideal supervisor for all aspects pertaining to food management and quality assurance practices.
Rafael is also responsible for maintaining all food safety records and documents. All food safety practices are carried out under his direct supervision and control.
WILDER SAVANY - SALES ASSOCIATE
Wilder Savany is one of Century's most valuable assets. Wilder's primary responsibilities are acquiring new sales accounts as well as cultivating existing customer relationships. His life-long experience in sales has helped Century expand it's customer base in markets previously not exploited.
Wilder's commitment to hard work and aggressive sales tactics have earned him the reputation of the "go-to guy" for getting the job done and successful sales program development.
Wilder's talents in sales are matched only by his willingness to overcome obstacles. His troubleshooting mindset has helped Century approach sensitive and sometimes difficult markets with innovative and successful techniques resulting in record-breaking sales numbers.
